Bio/About Me Born Jose SIerra in Bayamon, Puerto Rico; Quota moved around a lot as a child. Always a fan of music, wherever he went he soaked in the creativity and diversity of his surroundings. By the time he was 12 his family had settled in their new home of Kissimmee/Poinciana Florida; a small up and coming community on the outskirts of Orlando, Florida. Although Quota calls FL home, his flow seems to blend different vibes from different sub cultures of Urban Hip Hop. Major Influences include Mos Def, EPMD, The Roots, DBlock, Big L, Big Pun, T.I., Ice Cube, and anything else sounds good to the ear.
